Why become a Strategic Partner?
Our strategic partners are crucial, they are our eyes and ears and identify the children most in need of help.
Health visitors, social workers, domestic violence refuge staff, teachers and parent support advisors, these dedicated professionals maintain daily interactions with the families we support vulnerable families and let us know the items that will be most life improving.

Frequently asked questions
How do you work?
Our strategic partners are crucial to our work, they identify the children in our community needing a little helping hand. Each month we accept applications for support for items such as beds, food, uniform, white goods and more.
Health visitors, social workers, schools and partner charities act as our referees. If you are an individual needing our help, please contact your support worker who will work with you to complete our application form.
How do I apply for help for a family I support?
An application form can be requested by emailing hello@linkfoundation.co.uk or completing the contact form on this website.
How long does it take for the application to be processed?
The Link Foundation’s trustees meet on a monthly basis to review applications. The outcome of the application process will be communicated to you within 14 days of the monthly meeting.
If my application has been successful what should I expect next?
If your application has been successful we will provide vouchers to you to work with the family you support. Further information regarding vouchers, the purchasing process and receipts will be provided when the applications has been successful.
Is there a limit to the number of items I can request?
We recognise that many of the families who need our support are dealing with multiple challenges, including low income, debt and unemployment.
With the cost of living crisis we are receiving an unprecedented level of applications. Please apply for the item that will make the most difference to the child or children you are looking to help.
