Mattel produces care packs for teens

As part of MATTEL’s  annual ‘Play it Forward’ week , Keisha, Emma, Adam and Richard partnered with our team using the facilities at Maidenhead United Football Club to produce care packs for vulnerable teens in the care system and teenage Mums.
Donations from Mattel, Clean Conscience, Beauty Banks and O3E were packaged under the watchful eye of Link Foundation volunteer of our ‘CEO’ (creativity enthusiasm officer) Karen Walter.  Karen has for many years planned the most amazing themed fundraising events for the Link Foundation, decorating venues to provide an extravaganza for the eyes on a shoe string budget.
The packs contained toiletries and treats for teenage care leavers and baby essentials and toiletries treats for young mums.
