Help a local family keep their little boy safe

£259.00

This month we been contacted about a young family in urgent need of support. They have a child who is nonverbal autistic and has no awareness of danger, meaning he requires constant, round-the-clock supervision.

Dad is working full-time, while Mum is caring for the children at home. As she told us, “once the fixed costs are covered, we have £100 a month left for food and petrol.” Getting out of the house safely with her son has become incredibly difficult.

We’re stepping in to help by providing a specialist large special-needs buggy with a rain cover . This will allow Mum to keep her little boy safe when they are out and about, giving them more freedom, more confidence, and a chance to take part in everyday life many of us take for granted.

This is exactly why our charity exists, to support families who are doing everything they can, but who simply need that extra bit of help.

If you’d like to support our work and help us reach more children like this, please consider donating or sharing our mission. Every contribution helps us change a child’s world. Click on Donate to us above to donate towards this little boy’s pushchair or click add to basket to buy this item.
